Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was completed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

We only accept returns for items that were shipped by us and are defective or incorrect due to an error on our part (for example, receiving the wrong product). All returned items must include proof of purchase.

Certain types of goods are not eligible for return. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Selected health and personal care items

To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please contact our support team at info@colornestdecor.store for further instructions.

Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt of the returned item. You will also be informed whether your refund request has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as processing times (typically 2–5 business days) may apply.

CANCEL ORDER

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been fulfilled. Please note that a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order value will be applied to cover management, processing, and transaction costs.


EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@colornestdecor.store.
