Returns & Exchanges

All items purchased from Color Nest Decor are custom-made and produced specifically for each order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.

If your product arrives with a defect, printing issue, or manufacturing flaw, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

To process a replacement, we require clear photo evidence of the issue. Please contact us via email at info@colornestdecor.store and include the following information:

• Clear photos showing the damaged or defective product
• Your order number (sent to your email after checkout)

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Important Notice: You are not required to return the defective item. We will cover all shipping costs associated with sending the replacement product.
